At Abilities, we value strong partnerships with families. That’s why we use Procare, a secure family portal that helps you stay connected with your child’s services, program information, forms, billing, and important updates, all from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Whether you’re enrolling in Preschool or Therapy services, Procare makes managing your child’s information simple and convenient.
 
Why We Use Procare
Procare allows families to:
  • Complete registration forms electronically
  • Receive important announcements and reminders
  • Update child and family information
  • Access invoices and payment information
  • Review attendance records
  • Submit required paperwork
  • Stay informed about programs, events, and services

Our goal is to make the enrollment process as smooth and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what matters most, your child.
 
How to Register Your Child: Getting started is quick and easy.
  • Step 1Click “New Family Sign Up.”
  • Step 2 Enter your email address.
  • Step 3 A verification code will be sent to your email.
  • Step 4 Check your inbox for the code. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
  • Step 5 Enter the verification code and click “View.”
  • Step 6 Select “Registration.”
  • Step 7 Click  the program you are registering for such as “Early Intervention Register.”
  • Step 8 Review your child’s information carefully and make any necessary updates.
  • Step 9 Submit your registration once everything has been reviewed and confirmed.
