Abilities Summer Camps give young children a fun and engaging place to learn and play throughout the summer. Each themed camp combines hands-on activities, imaginative play, sensory exploration, movement, stories, arts and crafts, STEM activities and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.

Our play-based approach keeps little minds and bodies engaged while giving children opportunities to build confidence, practice social skills and explore new interests — all while having a whole lot of summer fun.

A New Adventure Every Week

Every week brings something new to explore at Abilities! Our themed summer camps are designed to spark children’s curiosity and imagination through age-appropriate activities, creative experiences, movement and play.

Explore this year’s camp themes below and choose the adventures your child will love.

Week One: July 6-10 “Mo” fun!

Get ready for BIG giggles, silly surprises, and lots of imaginative play as campers dive into the hilarious world of Mo Willems! From Elephant & Piggie to Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, this week is packed with storytelling, teamwork, and creativity that will have campers laughing from start to finish.

Week Two: July 13-17 Little Builders…Big Machines

Beep, beep—let’s build! This action-packed week is all about trucks, tools, towers, and teamwork as campers become little engineers and construction pros. From bulldozers and dump trucks to cranes and excavators, campers will dig, build, stack, and create their way through nonstop fun! Luckily our garbage trucks will be there to clean up the mess!

Week Three: July 20-24 Paw-some Pets

Calling all animal lovers! This week is all about our furry, feathery, and fin-tastic friends. Campers will explore the wonderful world of pets through play, crafts, and imagination. From puppies and kittens to fish, turtles, and bunnies—every day is packed with tail-wagging fun!

Week Four: July 27-31 Splish Splash Water Bash

Campers will dive into a week of splash-tastic fun as we explore all things water—splash tables, bubble art, floating experiments, and water-themed stories. We will learn about how water moves, what floats, how rain forms, and the animals that live in lakes and oceans. Get ready to soak up giggles, sunshine, and lots of splashy adventures!

Week five: August 3-7 Camp Carle

Get ready for a week bursting with color, creativity, and growing imaginations as we step into the magical world of Eric Carle! From the Very Hungry Caterpillar to Brown Bear, Brown Bear, campers will snack like caterpillars, paint like artists, move like animals, and watch imagination spread its wings! This gentle, joyful week is perfect for little learners who love stories, nature, and hands-on fun.

Week six: August 10-14 All Aboard

Climb aboard the Preschool Express! This magical camp takes little travelers on a weeklong journey filled with choo-choos, cabooses, and colorful adventures. Each day features themed crafts, songs, sensory stations, and imaginative train rides that spark curiosity and joy. It’s the perfect camp for kids who love movement, make-believe, and everything with wheels!
